Pork Wrapped in Prosciutto with a Raisin -Apple Chutney

Birthday Dinner


1 pork tenderloin,(use an all purpose pork rub for seasoning)
2 pieces thinly sliced prosciutto
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper and sage


Place the rubbed tenderloin in aluminum foil coated with olive oil
Place on a grill with temperature set at high with a closed lid
Cook seven minutes on each side
Cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit
 Add a 3-minute rest-time
Remove from heat and slice
Modify my chutney recipe from my blog to include raisins
